- 3-day Foundation level which provides students with a solid understanding of
the principles, of roles, themes, principles and processes of the course.
- 2-day Practitioner level which allows the delegates an opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the application of PRINCE2®, in a Project Management context, by discussing and applying these skills in a facilitated project environment.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- Gain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2®.
- Have sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2® in a scenario situation. A successful practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations. Their project management expertise, the complexity of the project and the support provided for the use of PRINCE2® in their work environment.
Delegates must have one of the following to write the practitioner exam:
