Aligned to the change Institute's Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) - courses explore how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, organizations and change leaders, equipping individuals with the knowledge, theories and techniques to:

Here’s what you’ll learn:
- Understand the key principles to be learnt by all involved in a change initiative.
- Appreciate the ‘project’ environment in which change is governed and delivered, and change managed.
- Learn about the organisational ‘levers’, adoption approaches and reinforcing systems typically used to sustain change, so that it becomes embedded in an organisation.
Become an effective team member involved in organizational change projects.
APMG’s Change Management Practitioner course provides an internationally recognised Change Management certification. It is fully aligned with the Change Management Institute’s (CMI) change management body of knowledge.

The practitioner course provides students with the knowledge and skills to implement change effectively. Following on from the Foundation course (which is a pre-requisite), it is beneficial for those who lead, manage or contribute to the facilitation of change within an organisation.
Successful candidates will have fulfilled the knowledge requirements for Change Management Institute accreditation.
